ORDERING & PAYMENTS

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your items to cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via bank card, EFT, and mobile-friendly payment gateways such as Payfast / Paystack (depending on availability).

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are processed. Contact us immediately if you need help.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently do not offer COD. All orders must be paid online for security reasons.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by area:

  • Major cities: 1–4 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Outlying areas: 5–10 business days

Which courier do you use?

We deliver using trusted national couriers such as The Courier Guy (subject to change as we partner with more providers).

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE for orders over R900.
Below that, a standard courier fee applies and is shown at checkout.

Do you offer same-day or overnight delivery?

Not at the moment, but we are working to offer express delivery options soon.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

How do I choose the right size?

Please use our Size Guide (available on each product page). If you still need help, our support team can assist.

Are your products true to size?

Most items fit true to size. If a product runs smaller or bigger, we’ll mention it in the product description.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Some items may restock. Contact us or subscribe for restock notifications.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Email us or use the Contact & Support page. We’ll guide you through the process.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

If the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, return shipping is free.

For size exchanges or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for courier fees.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds take 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

MISCELLANEOUS

Do you ship outside South Africa?

Not at the moment, but international shipping may be added in the future.

Why was my order delayed?

Delays may occur due to weather, load shedding, strikes, courier backlogs, or incomplete delivery information.

What if my parcel is lost by the courier?

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue ASAP. If lost, we will replace or refund your order.
