1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Item must have original tags and packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear or swimwear

  • Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for:

  • Incorrect size

  • Defective product

  • Wrong item delivered

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was faulty, incorrect, or damaged.

6. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).
