1. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted couriers.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays process the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities: 1–4 business days

• Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Fees

• FREE delivery for orders above R900

• Standard delivery fee applies for smaller orders

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via email or SMS.

6. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer may be responsible for additional courier fees.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for courier delays due to:

• Weather

• Strikes

• Load shedding

• High-demand seasons

8. Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost by the courier, we will assist in resolving the issue and provide replacement or refund.
